Based on prices published on each vendor’s site as of July 2026 (USD, before tax) — always confirm with the vendor. When Time Trakkr sets a post-beta price, early teams get a founding-team rate and advance notice.

Why invite-only?

We onboard a handful of teams at a time so migrations get real attention. It keeps the product honest, too.

What happens when beta ends?

Early teams keep a founding rate and get notice well before anything changes. Nothing is paywalled retroactively.

Can we leave?

Any time. Full export of entries, projects, rates, and invoices in open formats — the same data we imported.

How long is the wait?

Usually one to two weeks. Teams migrating from Harvest, Toggl, or Clockify move up the list — the import is where we want the reps.
